So last year, was the year that I had a wake up call :)
I HAD TO LOSE WEIGHT!
I had like three chins when I look down, I weighed more than 190 lbs. and I’m losing my confidence. Though people say “don’t mind what other people say.”, sorry, but I do mind. To be honest, I never liked, bet no one does, being called names and it deteriorates my self esteem. :|
So I began by reducing my calorie intake. I stopped drinking softdrinks and started eating greens. I had a strict diet which killed me literally on the first weeks. Hoho.
Oh, I stopped eating at fastfood chains as well :] HAHA! And as much as possible, strictly no rice. :| HAHA. (*I still eat rice, but not as much as before :D)
Currently, I still want to lose a little more to achieve my target weight. Hopefully before February, I’m down to my target weight so that I can start going to the gym :]
*The left photo was taken last September 2009, and the one on the right was taken just this month. Hahah.
